RIG WASH DEGREASERS AND DETERGENTS

A-ONE manufactures a specialized variety of degreasing chemical solutions for utilization in rig washing, industrial equipment, general purpose and tank cleaning. Depending on the type of surface you are cleaning, method of application and type of oil-based product(s) being cleaned, we offer several concentrated soaps that will quickly cut and emulsify hydrocarbon. All products in this section carry foaming properties and are formulated to be diluted either by the customer or by one of our hands-free dilution systems. By delivering these water-soluble degreasers in their most concentrated form, we provide maximum customer savings through on-site dilutions.

DYNA-SOLV 101

The pictures above illustrate the cleaning power of this powerful degreaser. This non caustic detergent can be used as a cold or hot water degreaser, presolve, vat detergent, floor cleaner, and parts cleaner.

DRILL-KLEEN RIG WASH

This non-hazardous concentrate is a safer and superior alternative to the corrosive rig washes commonly seen in the oilfield. Drill-Kleen is biodegradable and will not burn your skin. It is highly concentrated and can be diluted with water or applied with a pressure washer via downstream injection.

DYNA-SOLV BUTYL DEGREASER

Dyna-Solv is a non-hazardous, paint-friendly degreaser concentrate. This product is perfect for cold water degreasing applications and is preferred by equipment rental companies for its clean, streak-free finish.

DYNA-SOLV CONCENTRATE HD BUTYL DEGREASER

This caustic based water soluble degreaser cuts heavy crude oil, heavy fuel oil (#6) and grease like solvent. Heat is not necessary to activate the cleaning power of this superior biodegradable degeaser. Just spray it on cold and watch grease and grime melt away.

POWERKLEEN 6000 NEUTRAL PH DETERGENT

Highly recommended for customers with very sensitive waste water treatment systems and oil reclaim processes. PowerKleen 6000 is phosphate-free and carries a neutral pH. This product is excellent for degreasing and general purpose cleaning.

BLAST-IT

Excellent degreasing power at an unbeatable price. Blast-It is our most economical rig wash and its non-hazardous properties promote safer cleaning and reduced transportation costs.

DYNA-KLEEN

Caustic-based tank cleaning detergent and degreaser. It is highly concentrated but very economical. Effectively cuts resin and hydrocarbon.

ORANGE FURY

This concentrated, non-caustic detergent will cut bugs, road film, and grime. This product is biodegradable and works great with either hot or cold water when rinsed adequately. Orange Fury is ideal for cleaning tanks and equipment.

Z-400-SE

Z-400-SE is a caustic-based cleaner used for difficult oils, grimes, and grease. This fast acting blend can be used with hot or cold water on multiple types of surfaces. Highly concentrated, Z-400-SE can be diluted to help prolong usage. This product works great for cleaning storage tanks and heavy duty equipment.
